From AI slop to AI success.
Most businesses have tried AI and ended up with generic emails, half-finished automations and answers nobody checked. We bridge that gap with written playbooks, practical assistants and a person approving what goes out.
Own the playbook. Rent the tech.
Thanks for reaching out about a kitchen remodel. I have Tuesday at 10 or Thursday at 2 open for a 20-minute call. Which works better? I’ll send a short checklist so we can make the most of it.
AI isn’t the problem. Using it without a plan is.
The tools are powerful, but pointed at a business with no written process, they produce noise: content that sounds like everyone else, automations that break quietly, and answers that are confidently wrong.
The fix isn’t another app. It’s writing down how your business actually works, then letting AI do the repeatable parts while you stay in control of what matters.
Four rules we build everything on
Simple principles that keep AI useful, accountable and yours.
Playbooks before agents
Before any AI touches a task, we write the playbook: what starts it, what goes in, the steps in order, and what comes out.
Own the playbook, rent the tech
Your playbooks live in your own documents. If you switch AI tools, they go with you. No lock-in.
A person approves what goes out
Drafts, replies and reports wait for a yes. In careful or regulated work, that’s a strength, not a limitation.
Autonomy is earned
When a type of task has been approved the same way enough times, you can let it run on its own and get a report of what was handled.
When the output is wrong, we fix the playbook, not the chat, so it’s right the next time and every time after.
Practical AI for the work you repeat every week
Start with one process or build out several. Every service follows the same approach: written playbook first, then the tools.
AI assistants that draft, you approve
Assistants that sort your inbox, draft replies in your voice and prepare follow-ups. Nothing goes out until you tap approve.

Built for our own business first
Tony Kasunic · Client Success Lead
Task Manager System started as the system Tony built to run his own real estate business in the Seattle area. Off-the-shelf AI kept producing generic drafts and automations that needed babysitting, so he wrote down how the work actually gets done and built around that.
Today that system drafts email for his approval, keeps calendars and contacts in sync, and runs investor deal analysis from a standard Google Sheets model, with a person reviewing anything that matters. Task Manager System brings the same approach to other small businesses: start with the playbook, keep a human in charge, and let the tools do the repeatable parts.
Start with one playbook.
Pick one recurring task. We’ll write it up with you and show you what it looks like when it runs.
